If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to return these goods and ask us to replace them or get a refund. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund, store credit, or a different product. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please do not return any items without first contacting us.
Please note the following exceptions to our policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via our contact page or email support@nostylst.com - please include your order number in the message.
- Let us know the products you wish to return from your order.
- Send your item to us via the post office using the address provided by us.
- Retain your proof of postage.
- Once we receive and review your return we will then issue your refund.
As soon as we have processed your return the refund will take anywhere from 3-7 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Please click the'view my order' button in your order/shipping confirmation email. This will take you to your order page where you will find the tracking information.
If the order conformation hasn't arrived in your primary inbox, please check the spam folder, it's usually there! If you still can't find it please get in touch.
We work with suppliers and brand all over the world therefore you may recieve part of your order in seperate deliveries.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed for shipping, unfortunately it may be too late and you will need to start a return using our usual process.
Cancelled orders will be subject to our usual refund times. Refunds take anywhere from 3-7 working days depending on your bank.
Our standard shipping has a small fee of $2.5. However if your order value exceeds $40 the shipping will be FREE. We cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered to an incomplete adress.
Our HQ is located in Sweden. We currently ship directly from our manufacturers and brand partners in order to keep costs low and pass these savings on to our customers. Our 'NOSTYLST*' branded items are shipped from Sweden, with the exception of a few pieces which are shipped from the US. All other items are shipped from our main warehouses in Asia.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, major events will mean that these delivery services are delayed and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these to a minimum.
Before the High Street cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or incomplete address the buyer will be charged a shipping + handling fee for re-shipment.
